Before I took the "Negotiating from the Heart" Class with Arlene, I was coming from the old paradigm of negotiation which came from my experience on Wall Street and as an international business executive. I had alot of fear around entering into a negotiation. 

However, Arlene immediately put me at ease and created a safe space for all of us to learn and grow very quickly. She is an excellentlistener and a facilitator and she is able to communicate very clearly about where we are at at any given moment and give very
